EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

TERM

Você pode solicitar uma troca ou devolução de um pedido em até 30 dias corridos após o recebimento do produto, prazo definido pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor, que é de 7 dias corridos após o recebimento do produto e mais 7 dias corridos que a Soullucy garante como cortesia.

REQUEST

The request must be made within the period mentioned above, via email: atendimento@soullucy.com.br, informing in the message the purchase order number or DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) that you wish to service. Requests for exchanges or returns will not be considered after this period. Products purchased from the Soullucy online store can only be exchanged through the online store's Customer Service Center.

POSTING

The request is returned via email containing instructions on how to proceed, and the deadline for the product to be posted is up to 6 calendar days after receiving the code. Products sent without authorization or that do not comply with the stated policy will not be received and will be returned to the sender without refund of shipping paid.

EXCHANGES

After the order arrives, we will analyze it, and once approved, the credit for the return amount will be granted in your registration on the website through a personalized, single-use coupon, so that you can make a new purchase.

RETURNS

After the order arrives, we will analyze it within 10 (ten) business days, after approval: 


Payments via credit card: We request a refund from the card operator, and the deadline for the refund may vary according to the brand and the issuing bank, with the issuing bank being responsible for the refund in cash or depending on the number of installments of the original purchase.


Payment via bank slip: the refund will be made to the account provided, in the name of the customer who placed the order. 

REFUND OF VALUE

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, if you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the merchandise to request a return for an exchange voucher or refund of the amount paid.

As soon as the returned product returns to our stock and undergoes quality analysis, we will send a refund request to your credit card administrator, who will carry out the procedure in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices.

If you paid for your order with a bank slip and requested a refund of the amount paid, we will make a PIX to the order holder's current account. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the CPF of the person making the purchase.

When requesting a return, you must provide your bank details. Once your order returns to our distribution center and undergoes quality analysis, the PIX will be carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days.

Important informations:

credit cardThe refund is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. The full amount will be refunded even if the purchase was paid in installments. Remembering that the deadline for viewing the refund can take up to 60 days or two invoices according to the rules of the card operators.
