DELIVERY

Shipping is calculated according to the weight and volume of the merchandise, and is informed before the order is finalized. We work with deliveries made via courier and post office.

 

Delivery time varies according to the destination location and the type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase. This period starts to run from d​the business day following confirmation of payment (bank settlement or authorization of the purchase by the credit card administrator). Release by the card administrator may take up to 48 hours.

Orders destined for the capital of São Paulo can be delivered on business days until 8pm. Orders for other destinations will be delivered on business days by 6pm.

Deadlines for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be counted from the first business day following payment confirmation.

Delivery of the order will be carried out according to the deadline determined when confirming the order.

Check the delivery time using the time simulation in the cart.

The delivery service is carried out through the Post Office or carriers contracted by Soullucy and the order can be received by third parties, such as employees of the condominium/residence and relatives, as long as the packaging is not damaged at the time of receipt. Soullucy is not responsible for orders received showing signs of violation.


You can track the status of your order through your user login in the “My Orders” field or through our transactional emails.

Possible reasons for delay in your delivery

- Delivery failures due to the customer not being at the delivery address registered on the website;
- Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete registration address;
- Address change;
- Unusual events for reasons inherent to our operations, such as natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;
- Strike at the Post Office or means of transport without prior notice;

- Your address may be classified by the Post Office as an area with a different delivery time, under the justification of a high risk of robbery in the delivery area. In these cases, the order must be collected at the Post Office or centralization offices. This means that the delivery deadline is reset by the Post Office, randomly according to Soullucy's deadline settings and without prior consultation or information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

It is important to remember that up to 3 delivery attempts are made. The second and third attempts are made on the immediately following business days. If the three home delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the object will be available for delivery to the branch closest to the recipient's address, for a period of 7 calendar days. After this period, the object is returned to the sender. Make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as porters or employees, do not refuse to receive it.

The price varies depending on the product chosen and the delivery location. This will be indicated during purchase, before finalizing the order.
